For me, I’d rather deal with this than undiagnosed colon cancer. I would rather my parents, husband, and anyone else I love deal with this than die from undiagnosed colon cancer. Having a diagnosis gives the person power to choose whether to pursue treatment or not. If its too late for treatment, at least everyone knows that and can make the best of whatever time is left over. But that’s just me. You may feel different.
