So abeera, would you be glad if Allah inflicts pain on Pakistan (ie on women/children)? afterall they have to pay for our sins, right?
It is His world; He created it and gave everything to His creation. Why do you have a problem if He does with His creation whatever He wants? If you have problem with His laws then you can try making your own world and set the laws which you wish. Let's see where you get what that!
