I used Daagh's recipe for Zinger burgers as a base and varied it so much that i dont feel i can rate the original recipe but here is what i did.
Chicken breasts made into keema salt, pepper vinegar about 2 tbsp for 1.5 cups of keema national chapli kabab mix
I mixed all this up and marinated for a few hours.
Then in a bowl, mix 1 egg, 2 milk, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp all purpose flour, salt, pepper and beat. Shape the keema into patties, dip into this mix and shallow fry.
We made sandwiches out of these and both my husband and I really enjoyed these. Since we usually have light iftars, this was a perfect dinner sandwich.
your recipe sounds so gooood..I'll try it out soon. I don't have buns otherwise I would make it today......cant wait!!! :D
