Hey there. hope u all are enjoying the summer while its still here 
I have a question about my colleague’s birthday and what I should do to show a nice gesture, but without being too over as its a male colleague.
Our work environment around us has been rather ‘cold’ and also between us we have had our issues, misunderstandings etc.
Now its b-day tomorrow and I wanted to show a nice gesture but since its a male colleague I dont want to get him flowers, chocoloate and stuff like that. Baking a cake would also be a NO No for me.
So whats left? What can I do to be nice but still have my distance to him and yet show some care and warmth..??
