Basically the Collapse of the Soviet Union proved that the Command economy of the Communist model had failed.

The Cold War had officially ended, with USA being the victor.

However China continues the Communist model with a heavily modified version with Chinese characteristics, with Deng Xiaopeng.

Economically Capitalist while politically Communist.

The CPC still runs the show in China.
