Collagen for skin and joints

Hi Everyone, There is a lot about collagen these days that they help with joints, skin etc
has anyone used and is it effective if so which is good marine or hydrolysed.

your suggestions will help me to buy the right product or leave it.

Just make bone broth and freeze it in portions in the fridge, use it for soups, in daals, boil rice in it, and in curries. All powdered stuff is toxic.

I do Shore Magic marine collagen, not seeing any difference in skin but my body mobility seems to be better in yoga. I agree with Bobby; yakhnee or bone broth is a better way to go about collagen.
