Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
Why did QAS show up with all his protocols and vvip security, adding more difficulty for the operations and movement of machinery and rescue efforts?
That old useless *******, along with everyone else (include them all, the feds, province, city, rangers, army) FAILED to save lives. They only cared for assets.
Remember that next time any of you find yourselves in that situation, keep praising these leaders while you suffocate.
There is no regard for life in pakistan, even those ASF were probably just dead, they were in no way trained to deal with armed 10 people.
A big failure, this is not a success at all. Lives were lost due to negliegence. All responsible should be hanged in public.
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
yeah, lawsuits in Pakistan are a reality and they happen every hour, life is not important but 'illegal stepping in/asset' is, logon ka kia hay roz martay hayn.
Aap samajh nahi rahay ho.
Federal government was not short of rescue team or incapable of acting right. Only reason they initially did not demolished the wall of cold storage because they thought they may rescue trapped men without destroying the asset (cold storage at airport). Cold storage is CAA asset that comes under federal government.
Now, what you think Sindh government could have done?
(barring all drawbacks in Sindh government ... taking the situation that was there at merit)
Obviously, Sindh government could not have gone in and demolished the wall to save the men trapped there without the consent of CAA and federal government (who were owner of the asset).
[Note: If Sindh government was asked to step in and handle the situation ... that was not needed as federal government was capable of handling the situation ... I believe, Sindh government could have sent a bill of expenses to federal government too ... as that is how governments and its finances work ...
For instance ... when Sindh government is using rangers to bring law and order in Karachi, Sindh government is paying huge amount of money to federal government for those rangers].

obviously I am blinded by the loss of life and the oh-so-legal-functional-federal/provincial-govt were right to worry about their assets/jurisdictions.
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
^ bahria town malik riaz workers demolished the wall of cold storage, when there is will to do you can do it
Riaz malik is capable of footing the bill, as money he has is his.
Money that Sindh government has does not belong to Qaim Ali Shah ... just like money federal government has do not belong to Thug Nawaz. To make those money theirs, they steal the treasury in various ways.

any words for 7 lives , and wht you suggest who should be held responsible and wht action should be taken since you know the best
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
Don't you guys think the Army/Reangers have failed ? How can they declare it to be safe when they failed to save 7 lives?
I think they asked CAA for permission to demolish the wall, but were not allowed.
That is the difference between thugs ruling from Islamabad and dictator, as when army realised that terrorist brother of Lal-building were holding children who may like to escape, they endangered their lives and broke the wall of Lal-building at various places by mining the wall (they could have done that with big guns, but it could have killed many hostage children of terrorist brothers), so that whoever wants to escape can escape.
While mining the wall, one commando officer got Shaheed too from the firing of terrorists hiding in Lal-building ... but for army rulers of that time, lives were more precious ... more precious than endangering the lives of army officers ... but for this thug ruler Nawaz, assets are more precious, so he decided to save the assets and let the people die.

Well, I think (in my opinion) CAA, Prime Minister and whoever from Federal government overseeing the rescue efforts are responsible, as they should have thought about rescuing the lives of people trapped in cold storage rather then trying to save cold storage (that in the end got destroyed anyhow).
I am pretty sure that if 'Hasan Nawaz' or 'Hamza Shahbaz' was trapped in cold storage, then no one would have bothered about saving cold storage, rather they would have demolished the wall and would have rescued him.
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
^ defence minster, CAA comes under him
Shameful statement came from prime Minister spokesman about 'assets got saved' without even mentioning regret on loss of human lives and desire to save lives still in danger.

yes, they were trying to save their *ASSETS! *
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
so in the end the dead-bodies were recovered AFTER breaking the same damn wall they did not allow to break in first place, why the hell could they not do it earlier? I hope the families suit the pants off of Nawaz Shiri and CAA.
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
Inna lillah hey wa inna elahey rajeoun.
The CAA authorities who didnt allow the wall to be demolished earlier should be arrested and sued. Due to these b@satards seven innocent lives were lost.
Re: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and cold storage death toll of 7 people
