This is vicious circle or catch 22 for QAS. If he went to airport, was responsible, he should have not gone. Had he not gone airport, was still responsible.

You are right. For a group of Pakistanis having biased mindset, that would have been the case.

When I said ‘mistake’ I did not mean it in the sense that he shouldn’t even have come there… mistake is from accusations view, I guess he would’ve been blamed one way or the other anyways… but IMO he should’ve still called Sindh govt machinery to jump in and help in rescue instead of waiting for the Fed employees help.

Well, I do not think he could have done what you are saying, as then, whatever would have happened, he would have got blamed and sindh government could have got prosecuted by federal government and certainly CAA (at least in theory).

For instance … if Sindh rescue team would have demolished the wall of cold storage to save people trapped there than CAA would have sued Sindh government of illegally stepping in and destroying their asset. If after demolishing the wall, some trapped in cold storage may have got killed than CAA could have further sued Sindh government of causing death at cold storage.

So, Sindh government could have only came in if federal government had asked them to step in … and I do not think federal government asked Sindh government to act.
