^^^ I do not think it was mistake to appear on scene. Incident happened in province where he is in control, so he showed his concerns and also clarified what is not under his control … I mean CAA, team that fight armed terrorist in Pakistan (terrorists who are fighting the state), army, rangers, etc … are all under the control of federal government.

This is vicious circle or catch 22 for QAS. If he went to airport, was responsible, he should have not gone. Had he not gone airport, was still responsible.
