When i went on holiday…i took about two cold showers every day…it felt good…as the weather was hot…
But since back in cold rainy england…i havent yet buckled the courage to do it here…but iv been told that a cold shower is actually more healthy for you…i wasnt told why…
So to guppies is there any conceivable benefit of a cold shower?..or is a hot shower the better option?..

Cold showers are good for health especially when its snowing outside and you are suffering cold. A dip in the icy waters of your bath tub after having ice cream is recommended. Please ensure you do not have your heating system on during the process.

I can't take cold showers due to sinusitis. It basically increases my chances of catching a cold. Besides, cold showers are very uncomfortable. It's like you're purposely forcing yourself to freeze when you have an alternate option available.

I only take cold shower when it's hot temperature outside...i juz cant imagine 2 take a cold shower in the winter..brrrr..

Despite the common belief, you cannot catch cold (flu) by taking/eating anyting cold. However, if you are not in the best of health, being cold can reduce your immunity level and can thus become the cause of catching a disease.

cold water is stimulating the blood circulation and making the muslces under the skin contract...therefore cold showers are good for firming tissues and light legs!

I didn’t know its a common belief. I have allergies all year round and I’ve actually caught cold taking cold shower, so I try to avoid it as much as I can. Lukewarm showers are fine. :k:
