boiled pasta, peas, peaches and mayo. u can use pineapple instead of peaches too.

In the above, replace peaches with boiled potatoes, add some sort of herb like dried parsley or chives. Mix mayo with sour cream & add salt / pepper per taste.
You can also mix pasta with imitation crab, mayo n sour cream, green onions, salt n' pepper to have something different for a change. Mix pasta in the end because you can always use the rest of the mixture for making sandwiches. You know put a lettuce leaf on a multi-grain bread and fill it with the crab mixture without the pasta. It really tastes great!

something absolutely yum my sister made the other day...she made a tuna salad (the mayo one), halved avocados and filled the centres up with a scoop of the salad, it was so darn good.
