may be result of poor diet, nervous tension, or a genetic disease.

Could be a number of reason. I've heard of different reasons like lack of iron, or maybe not eating the right type of food?

I have it for as long as i can remember ........ my thyroid is the casue. I have hypothyroidism .. .have to take med and keep it balanced.

1 Blood circulation problem - Check out vein functions - Do ultrasound for veins.
Take Vit B 12 you will feel better.
