cold wax can b applied directly...hot wax is in solid form....we have to heat it b4 applying

I much prefer hot wax. I find that you get a better overall result with hot wax, but if you're doing it for the first time it can be quite messy. Hot wax is better value for money also.

I think cold wax would be painful.

^ It's actually not, it's less messier too. You don't need a warmer, spatula or cotton strips.

i say this because I have tried cold, and the job isn't as effective. Why don't they use cold wax in salons then? Hot is muuuuch better!

but Agirl90 hot wax need to heat up again again.it will be very annoying when you have to go to kitchen after every 10 min. :(

Hot wax all the way, buy a roll on wax, it stays hot and isn't messy =D

what Sidra said, below me..buy a roll on wax. You microwave the whole thing and it stays warm ! This is good too, the salon lady i go to she has a parlour at home and she uses this, they are self-heating.. Veet® Easywax? Electrical Roll-On

and what is best for underarms i tried softtouch cold wax but it was so messy and didn't work
