I wont even touch the topic of whether aspartame causes cancer or not BUT if you start using it, your body will increase its sugar cravings, and the metabolism will adjust to store any sugar you take as fat! So in a way, diet coke is counter productive, unless you limit it down to just a can a day, but then again a can of regular coke a day wont hurt either.

well i also drink at least 2-3 cans a day of diet coke..i know its not good for health but still when ever i go to frige and see it than i just take a zip..

coke is bad for health

diet coke is the worst thing you can take

my sisters dietition rated it as NEXT TO GIVING YOURSELF POISON!! she says drink half a glass of pepsi each day

but dont drink diet coke :P
