Coffee is good for you

coffee is good so far its black..as 1 cup of black coffee(starbucks) has almost 10 calories only and its good when u r on a diet..helps u to reduce ur weight and things like that...keeps u awake and saturated for sometime ..so u dont think of grabing that donut/croissant. while on diet..but i personally agree that excess of everything is bad...so i very rarely go for coffee.and whenever i do i make sure it should ocntain only like 78 to 80 calories...(i prefer cappuccino with extra light whipped cream)
but in summers its very seldom but in winters i do have max 2 cups in a day and that too not daily...
