yesterday i drained the coconut water completely and got only 2sips of water i shaked the coconut to chck whether there is more water or not i felt that there is something but water was not cming out.. i cut/open the coconut and found a sponge kind of thing. i think the water became dry and formed in a sponge …coconut flesh was there its was really yummy..
i am trying to google what was that .. not finding anything.. i kept that sponge sambhal k i feel like it contains good nutrition as ita a dried form of water (is not completely dry but its soft and moist) … so what t do with it?
