Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup Coca-Cola
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 cup marshmallows
3 cups powdered sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup butter, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 1/2 cup coca-cola. Bring to simmer and then pour over the flour mixture. Stir well. Add the buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla and mix it well. Add the marshmallows. Pour into the pan for 35 minutes.
To make the frosting - in a saucepan combine the remaining butter, coca-cola, and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Pour over the bowl with powdered sugar. Beat well. Spread evenly over the warm cake. Let it cool and then serve.
