Why watch imitation when I can watch western movies here? 
I am just saying that this is a vital infrastructure project and I don’t know why Pakistan can’t even lay its own tracks?

Both countries are joined together with railway track, no extra ordinary freight charges, not much burden on foreign exchange, Indian Railway is running much more successful than PR, India has great resources to help stand PR on its feet, people are same wrt culture, language and understand each other in much better way than Chinese or other species. I see Pakistan’s benefit in this field. More over friendly relations with India will not harm Pakistan, in fact, free trade agreements will help boost Pakistan’s economy.
Before 1947 we were same people.

Anyway, we have a lot more to go on before it would be like NAFTA. India still bans Pakistani channels (at least until few years ago) and works against Pakistan in ICC so yeah tough luck !
You still haven't told us why india, assuming using Pakistani labor and material, would lay better tracks than the host and what would Pakistan gain from it? I would rather give to a Pakistani contractor.

Buying Indian rails is much cheaper option than buying rails from any other country.

It would probably be funding issue as china would also lay rail using pakistani labor and expertise.

I am not talking about labor and laying efforts, PR has enough technical know how on that. I am talking about buying rails, which India munfacture cheap as compared to other countries and transport to Pakistan on rail.
