No. need to go to Pakistan. U have to keep handy the following documents while visiting Pakistan Embassy or Consulate General
- Original Passport + Copy
- Original + Copy of Police Report for lost CNIC
- Copy of NIC/CNIC/NICOP of spouse
- Copy of NIC/CNIC/NICOP of Blood Relatives
Keep in mind that k if ur overseas pakistani then the embassy/CG will not issue u CNIC. U can apply for NICOP. Once u have NICOP then no need for CNIC.
