Even though Shahbaz has the honor of initiating failed projects like Sasti Roti and Yellow cabs which ate up Punjab government's coffers, it is true that he is at least trying to do something. Whatever he thinks is good according to his level.
Sindh CM, on the other hand, belongs to PPP. The same party whose ministers consider it their right to do corruption.

During the past 4 months some large projects have been initiated and some already completed:

The flover in Chandni Chowk Rawalpindi completed in 4 months, projects in Lahore, Gujranwala, RWP and other cities in full swing.

Danish schools are the schools for poorest of the poor. Good thing, but does that mean Punjab CM can ignore the dire needs of existing govt. schools and build something for his & his party's publicity?

I am not sure about that, but otherwise the people in Gujranwala say that lots of projects are going on there.

SS has made some blunders too, and his tackling of the dengue epidemic has been pathetic but still considering over all performance Punjab govt is much better than the other provinces.

I think Shahbaz has tried to do whatever he thought was best for people of northern Punjab. Compare that to Gilani's poor development record in southern Punjab or any of PPP government's performance in rural Sindh or Lyari.
