How many laws has Punjab Assembly passed (the main job of a government)? Constructing emergency departments in hospitals is NOT directly a government’s job. Their job is to make laws and make sure people abide by those laws.
How much devolution or powers and responsibility has happened? God forbid, if SS is sick, the whole province would slow down! Districts should be run independently and plan their own future independently.
How much independent and transparent is IG Police, Chief Justice, Accountant General, Revenue department, Education and Health department? As of now, everything is under SS control. Not a good governance system.
