Brazil is changing its view though not signing it yet but US remains adamant!

So what do you guys think?

On one hand the ban is good that it kills (potentially) a large civilian innocent population while on the other there is “defense” for which the technology was developed.

In my personal opinion use of any weapon which would result in large civilian casualties should be banned, like nukes, cluster bombs etc.

i would agree with u but thats simply not possible
cuz the main reason for developing those nukes and bombs is to make large civilian casualties possible.

Maybe that's why Taliban bombed Wah factory...for "humanitarian" reasons?
