I love the club sandwich from rahat bakery.
I think it has layer of bread, then chicken mayo spread, another layer of bread, slice of cheese, cabbage, slices of tomatoes and a fried omlette and then bread again. i think maybe i am missing something though...

i just made this today!!! 3 slices toasted. 1st slice, some butter, slice of cheese the shaami kabab with ketchup add the 'greens' or tomatoes on this slice if you would like to add any. place 2nd slice, some butter slices of the boiled egg, sprinkle black pepper and salt, add a teaspoon of salsa/picante sauce and slap on the 3rd slice. cut in half and you got urself a homemade finger-licking club sandwich!!

Can't you make it yourself? Boiled shredded chicken and mayo? Or blend chunks of chicken with mayo in a processor.

Its easy yar. Process boiled chicken with mayonnaise and boiled eggs. beat an egg and fry. Toast three slices. Put the chicken mixture on one slice. Put a cheese slice on top. Put second slice. Then Put fried egg, two slices of cucumber and two of tomatoes. Put the last slice. Insert two tooth picks and cut diagonally.

anything "club" means that it has strips of bacon but the pakistani version obviously doesn't.

I think in Pakistan any sandwich with more than 2 layers of bread is called a club Sandwich (thats the impression I got)
