Who was the Hijabi lady on stage at the closing ceremony? I can’t find anything about her on the net.

I don't think so. The funny thing is there is nothing out there about her.
From Egypt - one of the 4 sports(wo)men on the IOC board. The others on stage with her were Fredricks (Namibia), El Guerrouj (winner of 1500 and 5000m) and the last I think was a Russian but may be mistaken.
