DNA from an unfertilized egg extraxted and replaced with DNA from 35 and 75 yr male. The egg reprogram med it’s DNA to reach blastocyst stage of embryo. These were cultured to yield stem cells which r turned to heart cells and other tissue tyoes.

These could be transplant ed intro patient with less chance of rejection.
Another approach adding genes to mature cel such as skin to return such cells to embryonic like state. From which heart nerve muscle etc can be derived.
Added genes may trigger tumor growth.
Which approach will prevail Scie tests unsure.
