i have seen "Ghanta Ghar" in faisalabad... and i wud say that its pretty old and historical now... and the best hulwa poori u can get is from there too

The foundation stone of Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar), Faisalabad was laid on 14th November 1903 by Sir Charles Pawaz, the Governor of Punjab. The tower was completed in December 1905 and inaugurated by Sir Lion Toper, finance commissioner.
