What are some of the factors that ensure you have a strong client relationship that will compell them to give you repeat business?

There are so many factors which create strong client relationships. You should have good communication skills as there are several charitable organizations in Pakistan working to enhance youth skills in different sectors.

If I make this question into a case study and share my personal experience, I'd say:
- Clients give repeat business if they have built a rapport with you. So instead of engaging someone else for a similar task they come to you because they know you already.
- Another reason is the deliverable for the first time. If they are happy with that, they are most likely to come back and work with you again.
- The requirement for the next project (or product) is similar to what they got from you previously.
- They think you offer value for money.
