Im confused one the info leAflet it says test with yOur first urine but i have read online your are not meant to be testing wIth first urine??

Please help as im hoping to start these tomorrow inshallAh x

I think these testing kits are a pure waste of money. If a woman wants to know if she's ovulating or not, there is a natural 'free' method to determine this and I won't put it here cos it's too much information!

^ Not every woman is lucky enough to get her period like clockwork every month. Many women have irregular periods and when your cycles are irregular, you end up ovulating on different days in your cycle.

The test sticks help you determine when you are ovulating thereby enhancing your chances of conception.
