since everyone seems to be concerned with acne, blemishes and clear skin i thought i’d mention a simple solution that helped my skin look flawless without makeup!
Basically… BROCCOLI.
eat it drink do whatever with it but make sure you maintain a regular intake of it on a daily basis. seriously i cannot even tell you how much it cleared up my skin and prevented breakouts within just a week of daily intake. I do not even know why i didnt know this before. esp considering its a super veg packed with all sorts of beneficial nutrients.
I normally just blend my broccoli with a banana, lemon juice, orange juice strawberries basically whatever fruit i can get my hands on because i cant stand the taste of it so in this way it masks the taste. I initially started eating/drinking broccoli because my iron was dangerously low i.e. anaemic so i had to act fast as per the doc’s recommendation to increase my iron. Consequently, not only did i feel more energetic and awake because of my higher iron level after just a week but i noticed that my skin was actually flawless looking with no blemishes or spots (and i get loadss) so this was a surprise for me. So i googled broccoli for acne and blemishes and it actually does help a lot towards it.
So you ladies might actually wanna try broccoli daily (if you didnt already know of its acne/blemish prevention because i didnt).
That said, unfortunately i forget to consume broccoli on a daily basis now and my spots and blemishes have come back. But give it a go! see if it works
