Your probably misinterpreting something here because I was the one that said 100% but that was specifically for New York and California, but Obviously that is an exaggeration..no source for that. He just needs to win a certain percentage of the delegates moving forward. I think at this rate he needs to be winning states 60-40 or 70-30, if He can’t do that, most likely he’ll need large turnouts in California and New York. Which is unlikely.
