Sanders needed to win 55 pct of primary votes. (And 65 pct ofncaucus. To avoid mixing units I am going with 55 pct). Since that primary is over, my number of 58 pct needed for Sanders is close to what wouod be the actual number. Now pray tell where you got the 100 pct number from.
