I am cleaning out my closet and I have a staggering amount of desi clothes that I have never worn. Most may be out of style because I got them as gifts when I got married back in 2011. I don’t really know what to do with them so I will be putting them up for sale here eventually. I will start with a saree that is a replica of HSY’s design. I bought it from a member “Catastrophe” from this forum a while back. It comes with a stitched medium sized blouse and a petticoat. I have never worn this saree. I took some photos from my cell phone. The price is $500 obo. I live in Brampton so pickup here would be preferable but if anyone wants me to ship the saree then shipping charges would be extra because the saree is quite heavy.

I didn't have an occasion to wear it. I had planned to wear it to a friend's wedding but she was wearing this colour so I decided against it. The last desi party I attended was when I got married (not counting casual family get togethers) and I've only attended one desi wedding since I got married back in 2011.
Can you give them to the poor? They clothes might not mean much to you, but may mean a lot to someone else.
I have donated a lot of clothes to the poor. In fact, whenever someone from my family goes to Pakistan, we send bags full of clothes and accessories with them.
