Cleaning dining table

Ok so how do you clean a dining table which is like shiny type of material…a bit like italian furniture…

So this is the one I have…and it usually have smudgy marks on it…I dont want to use something which might affect the table…any ideas?

Wow that is a beautiful table mashaallah
I would be carefull with such a high quality table, don't use harsh abrasive chemicals. It says the table is made from Italian walnut veneer, I would look for a polish made specifically for that type of wood.

Warm water and lemon juice - then wipe it down with a damp cloth.

wouldnt lemon juice damage the wood?

i DRY clean it at the Dry Cleaners :D

salaam tabu, gorjus table mashallah! jus use normal kapra n flash one for all to get rid of the smudges then wipe over it with a fibre cloth- keeps it shiny & dust free.

Thanks everyone for your comments and thanks for liking it...yes we loved it at first sight too (3 years ago!) but i cant figure out how to clean it....

i'll try the methods u guys said...i just hope i dont damage the wood :/

Im thinking of covering it with a table cloth...but then i dont see the point coz then no1 can see it? or is it better to cover so it lasts a longer time..any ideas on covering the table? a clear plastic cloth?

use wood varnish that will give shine to your table again......... do cover your table with table cloth or something & if u want to see it then use transparent plastic table cover ............
