Don't buy any other replicas like Neotrigina olay etc. I have been using Clarisonic past 2 years and it's amazing. Most of my mild acne and scars went away since my skin could breath. I use it morning and night just when you wash your face.
Remember this is not replacement for scrub/exfoliator. You still should be exfoliating your face once or twice a week. Buy the whole Clarisonic set its worth it. Also use the face wash that comes with it and purchase more, I have tried other face washes and they don't clean same way.
As long as you are using sensitive skin brush and replacing it every 2-3 months, also following instructions not to over use it you, it can do wonders.

^ MIA is the smaller one, quite portable and the charger is small too (which is great). But the regular one is quite big actually, and it has a brush head for body as well, and the charger is huge - it's more like a charging unit, which I think would be such a hassle esp. when you are travelling around. That's the only reason I picked up the mia, and that I didn't care for the body brush.
