OP I have to completely disagree with you. I complained once to Huma and she dealt with mine straight away. Not only Huma but I pmed certain mods about my complaint which was passed onto Huma who got it sorted out.
Also if certain threads offend you why do you continue to read them, leave it and read ones you feel comfortable with.
All I can say is Huma and the mods are doing a great job in my opinion
