He has been under close observation for two whole weeks in an Indian hospital......................and per this Hospital Staff he has had No Food or drink for two weeks!
only takes a bath and gargles with water...........
Another explanation for this Yogi's condition could be that He is suffering from Alzhiemer.......................where he has no recollection of the last 70 years........including what he ate!
