I TOLD YOU guys before that my dad was a defendent in a car accident case where the claimant was allegedly doing fraud etc etc and my dad was seen to be an accomplice for some reaosn etc etc anyway the claimant claim has now been struck out…as she didnt coimply with the rules…so what does this mean? im assuming it means case closed right? so does that mean my dad wont have to pay anything now, seeing as before if the case had gone against my dad somehow, he wouldve had to pay 4000pounds for the write off that he got for his car from his insurers..
