trunature® Tonalin® CLA, 180 Softgels
they have really good reviews, but i’m not sure so i thought i’d check in with guppans and see if anyone has experience with CLA.

I have tried the vegan CLA..and it kinda did work for me. With exercising (very basic) I lost inches and w/o just the weight on the scale. The CLA did aid the process by quite a bit....
There is a safflower syrup (from GNC) that I was having in conjunction.

i used CLA for 1 month, did not loose even half pound :(
