Medical college entry tests must be very lax these days. If I recall correctly, FSc has 1100 marks (max) and good students who want to get into medical schools need to score 850-900 marks. Board toppers get 920-940.

From 641 to 660 is meaningless. Difference between dumb and dumber, I guess.

But of course, the point of the article is misuse of power (which is probably valid, knowing the culture of Pakistan). I am just pointing out the obvious fallacy of the premise.
