CJ, Reference, Restoration and 'Go Musharraf Go'...

^^
Well, CJ cannot revoke constitutional amendments anyhow. He is not parliament with his vote constituting two-third majority :). He is there to follow the constitution that parliament passes. Whatever is in constitution, CJ has to follow. If parliamentarians bring a change in constitution and pass a ruling that from tomorrow, councilor can sack CJ, than that would be law and councilors would be able to sack CJ.

I think only confused and completely ignorant of law demands something or expect something from a person, what is not in their power. One should first look at the power that person holds before demanding or expecting something from them :)

For instance, if anyone ask those who are not moderator to delete their post on this forum, it would be useless to ask them, as they cannot, could they? IF one wants to get their post delete, they have moderator. Same way, if one do not agree with constitution, they have to ask parliamentarian and even then, if two-third parliamentarian agree, than only constitution could be changed.

As for CJ, his job is to see that all follow the law that exists at present, be they in government or in opposition :D
