So what other major actions did he take today or would you think he’d be taking in the days to come? Serious political moves as well as strictly judicial and court works?
forget wattoo's statement, aslam beg's yip yap is always interesting. of course he had to slide in a stealth plea for his militant creation in there as well.
sure, that would make sense. but the apology for chaos needs to be made to the nation, and apology for the dismissal made to ifti.
yep yep.
but will he?
probably not.
but whether its given or not does not have any real impact.
if we gauged teh actions of all political figures and asked if they will do what is right, then we will see that hardly anyone does what is right.
Ifti may be exonerated and the dimissal overturned but he is still answerable to the nation for using his office to get favours for his son. That is still an open question.
ARY One world said he heard 12 cases today and he either threw 5 of them out of the court of disposed them off. they said “panch cases ko kharij ker diya” :konfused:
ifti needs to say something about the rabid statements by his lawyer, those statements were uncalled for andhe eneds to distance himself from those statements.
What happened to the 3 PANELS he set up to expedite cases? This crook and his idiot peons created the back log in the first place and now they are OH-WORKIGN-SOOOOO-HARD to fix up Pakistani justice system. I long for those good ol’ days when they received public chitrole. Somebody post those pictures again.

I hope he does, but he's too burdened by the ahsaans that he cant faramosh them by doing any such thing :D

That has been settled by the bench that heard the Cj case. IF u r talking about Munir Malik's statement, that is.
the bench did, but maybe the gentleman in question whose lawyer uttered these statemenst should personally clarify that these statements were nto made at his behest and that he does not agree with them. That would be nice dont you think?

It would be nice, I agree. And I don't wish to qualify this niceness but it would also be nice if PM or President called on the gentleman who won the case and congratulated him. The nation can do without fissures between executive and judiciary.
