Now another accusation against the CJ is that he suspended construction activity, or as the Mush supporters call them “development” projects…
Now in a country like Pakistan, where simple laws are flouted as theough they never existed, what to stop builders from not violating building laws?
And if an obvious violation is being commited under the noses of officials at the LDA, makes you wonder how honest these officials actually are…
Now according to this article, builders of these buildings were adding extra floors that were not permited and were a violation of building bylaws…
Also, there was a petiiton by a local area resident of one such project, that his residence was damaged by construction work… Now doesthis person not habe right to seek some compensation or justice in the Pro Mush economic boom time of Pak?
Question is, why is the CJ being demonized for simply forcing builders to comply with laws that already exist?
In a country where there is no accountability, why is a person or a body which seeks to impose accountability and fair play suddenly the target of this propaganda?

Has the EX CJ filed and FIR against his ouster yet? I suggest he does it immediately if has not already. :)
Re: CJ Guilty of forcing people to follow building laws!
People like Shaukat Aziz, Pervez Elahi were having difficulty getting kickbacks etc because of his monitoring, quite simple.
Yeah, its the classic case in Pakistan... Someone who actually does his or her job and does it well, only to be kicked out by the corrupt and the ruthless..
I have heard all my life that the Sharif can never make it in Pakistan. This is just confirmation ofthat sad fact.
