In our society there are different reason for rapes…

some rape only to satisfy their lust…
some people use rape as a weapon to humiliate their enemies…e.g.rapes during riots,rapes by feudal lords etc…

As far as philosopher’s thought are concerned i agree with him…

IMHO if women of a country are active(in all fields) and educated then more peaceful and civilized that country would be…

in marathi there is saying that an educated woman can educate all her family.…and thats true…

How they say it in Marathi?
