It may be least rate in the bidding or highest ‘fees’ to win the bid :D… definitely the rate will still be higher than producing the power locally. It is interesting to note that the government is willing to higher more companies to generate power but unable to pay the ones already producing power.

You always think negative isn’t it? This kind of thinking will lead this country to nowhere. Perhaps you always think underhand dealings which is by nature every corrupt pakistani think like that. Isn’t it?
