She has heard the silence of a man and what it means
His words stop him from speaking
His heart’s calling is displacing his whole being
His mind is playing tricks on his soul
He appears to have no emotions of care
He is so careful that he became careless
He is seeing her, as true to her words as she can be
He cannot name her & her sincerity, for
She made him aware of his emotions lately
She caused his mind to know his own person
She impressed his heart with a warm pulse, slowly
She touched his soul in a very different way
She understood him, well.
But, he cannot understand her
Circling in a straight line
Re: Circling in a straight line
Though the words 'circling in a straight line' may seem poetic, but they really don't arouse any pensive emotions...
The rest of the poetry is awesome and thought provoking, but what does 'circling in a straight line' denote?
Or did you just put it in there to add poetic value to your piece because it sounded good?
Re: Circling in a straight line
lajawab,
generally the poem highlight the nature of one side to be ignoring human emotions, so you got that right.
in an analogical or an abstract metaphorical way, the words, circling in a straight line, indicate exactly that - the tension of the way insensitive event unfolds.
it means that she is surrouding him with a very transparent mirrot into his own self.
and it is up to him to see that reflection as a sincere effort to help him be cool
or he can at least know that she is not as flaky as a well bred young lady as he sadly appears to be for what ever reasons know best to him, only.
thanks for appreciating the poem.
