my sister has placed bridal order with chunri boutique in birmingham, alumrock road, and have paid the deposit aswell, but now we have heard some bad reviews about them. does anyone out there know anything about this shop? how well do they deal with customers? should we be worried?
my sister is really stressed out, because we can’t do anything now, can’t get the deposit back.

I know a girl who comes to our gym who ordered both her outfits from them as did the grooms sisters and brides sisters. They were pleased with their stuff and reccomended them to me but i dnt like going alum rock and ordered frm elsewhere instead.! I think as long as you have made it clear what u want, and kept a copy of everything listed what u requested then atleast u can say to them well u left this out sort it for me. Same rule applies anywhere u order fr i believe
