I don't think you can - Chrome doesn't support extensions and objects the same way as other browsers do.

hmmm why dont they allow their own toolbar 
i think toolbar should come built in with chrome, its so easy to browse with the buttons on toolbar.

Chrome doesn’t support extensions/add-ons…yet.
What exactly do you like about the tool bar that is not available in Chrome?
→ The URL bar works doubles as a Google search bar too.
→ Spelling mistakes are checked as you type anyway.
→ In Chrome, you have the Bookmark Bar to save and access your favourite pages with a single click…(like on the Google Toolbar you have the “add custom button” feature")
I don’t miss the Google Toolbar at all.

I hate tool bars. All they basically do is take up real estate.
Mozilla Ubiquity is the new toolbar. 2010, here we come!! :D
