If indeed the Jews now living in Israel deserve the credit of people living in Jerusalem 2000 years ago, (which they Jews do! thus claiming a right to live their). Shouldn’t they also have the liabilities.
Shouldn’t Christians be avenging attempted crucifixion of Jesus instead of helping these murdering Jews?
I dont think christians are necessarily 'supporting' israel. well, this is certainly not the case with syrian-christians. They are supporting Hezbollah and Lebanon.
It's just unfortunate that the two major role-players in supporting Israel happen to be majority christian states. They don't necessarily reflect the views of Christians globally or domestically.
However, there are certain churches in the United States with strong ties to Israel and Zionism-- but this is not the case with majority of christians across the world. At least not from what I've observed.
Christians in Lebanon may not be supporting Israel, but the closely followers in other parts of the world do support Israel partly because they want the stage set for 2nd coming of Jesus.
nowadays christians believe or say that Romans r responsible for the crucifixtion, so they don't blame jews anymore.
christianity is quite an interesting "religion," if u can call it that, all you have to is believe that Jesus died for your sins, and automatic heaven, u can do whatever you want, you can be the worst person in the world, and you still will get into heaven because you believe jesus died on the cross. No wonder people convert, its nice to know that ur not responsible for your sins and actions, and u will not be punished for it.
so jesus' death was in vain, and doesn't really affect modern day christians, if he died for the sins of mankind yet christians still r held responsible for them, what was the whole point of it?
Again...and yet again...my dear friends...its not the religions...its the interests (bread or roti)...
Turkey provides its airspace to Israelis to train F-16 etc...because Israel is too small to train there...interest...not religion...
S Arabia sells oil to US and have huge investments there etc...not religion...again interests...
Kuwait & Bahrain offered places to attack Iraq...you see religion...no...interests...
Palestinians sold their lands to Jews after or just during the WWII...far above the market prices then...which lead to the formation of the Jewish state secretly (freemason thingy)...interest...not religion again...
So long... :)
PS: Some 6 billion people trying to settle their odds eternally...while Zabardast is watching...hmmmmm
Shouldn’t Christians be avenging attempted crucifixion of Jesus instead of helping these murdering Jews?
I think religion is not the big factor here. Its better to pit muslims against Jews, either muslims suffer huge loses or Jews will suffer. To the ardent Chrsitian either is acceptable to propagate their ideology. See its a triangle i.e. Christians, Jews and Muslims. All three fighting each other is very unlikely however two against one is very likely and it is happening.
so true, thats why they want to clear palestine/jerusalem of all the muslims or at least have them in their power, lol they r afraid that if they don't do something Jesus will never come. they think if they don't it then Gods work won't be completed.
Seminole is precisely right. The Jews and Christians share a common heritage through the Old Testament. Jesus wasborn a Jew.
Speaking of commonalities, both the Bible and the Quran teach that vengence is the province of God, correct?
Trying to create hate is a somewhat obvious and transparent strategy. Muslims might do better to accentuate the commonalities of the Quran and the Bible rather than trying to drive a wedge between other religions.
