Personally I don’t believe that there is any difference between Muslims and Christians. We both have been given a book, told to live by it and both battle with some of the laws.

apart from the fact we dnt believe jesus as the son of God! we dnt believe in trinity, we dnt believe man is born with sin and many other things and oh yeh our Book is divine while the bible is full of contradictions and mistakes. only 1 religion is rite! the one who promotes the divine message of Allah which is Islam!

I have no idea about this. Perhaps they have Jesus confused with Luke Skywalker.

So you’ve never heard of the battle of armageddon…where two thirds of the Jews would be killed and the rest would convert to Christianity…this belief rivals those of the Nazis in its anti-semitic overtone…

I’m sure that is comforting for you to believe that if you want to follow other prophets who advocated violence. The Christian message ended with Jesus’ pacifism. He didn’t make any ifs, ands or buts in his teachings that would negate his peaceful message if others came after him to tame even more violent, further-from-God people. But after all these years, most Christians don’t understand his message so there is no reason to think a non-Christian would.

On the contrary, there are ifs and buts. The fact is, there is NO clear statement in uncertain terms that forbids violence at any and all times. And good thing too, because pacifism is stupid and impossible.

Christ was talking to his followers, and it’s clear why he advocated a certain path. Otherwise, he was more than aware of the violence done by the Roman empire…never said peep about that. Again, for obvious reasons.

I think those Christians who shy away from non-violence do so out of a genuine understanding of their faith…it’s all too easy to say “they don’t understand”.

In any case, the apostles did carry swords around…so it’s not as if they shunned weapons either…

I think we have forgotton 'crusaders' what did that have to to with pacifism?

There is no doubt that true believers of Christ (Issa-PBUH) will be persecuted.....and who is being persecuted based on their religeon now? who do believe him as being a true prophet of God almighty?
