MADRID, Spain (Reuters) - An explosive device blew up in a seaside hotel in southeast Spain Sunday, injuring two people, after a warning call in the name of the Basque separatist group ETA, officials said.
"ETA has killed nearly 850 people since 1968 in a bombing and shooting campaign for an independent Basque state in northern Spain and southwestern France. "
